In response to Instrument Alleys portion of the purchase i had no complaints. However i have had the Banjo for about two weeks and still have not been able to use it. Although it is the first instrument I’m going to learn to play, two strings broke very easily while trying to tune for the fist time and a bad vibration once strings were replaced. So due to avoiding shipping costs and time delay i chose to take it to our local music store. So far the fifth string tuner that the string goes on was made for a right hand Banjo and the strings were backwards these two things made the strings angle enough thats was causing them to brake easier. So once i get it back and pay the additional $80 for it being totally gone through and set up i hope it sound correct. So not very pleased with the Savannah company. But the Banjo looks very nice

Items packed safely and extremely well. Great deal on the grouped package. FedEx however seemed to be routing it everywhere but here, but absolutely no problem with Instrument Alley.
