Mandolin purchase	January 21, 2021

Due to some custom issues , I got the mandolin in good condition, I was disappointed it wasn’t set up ( I’m an absolute beginner), I fit tick box but for some strange reason it didn’t happen, when I got to payment it didn’t reflect that I asked for set up, so I tried several times , still no joy, so it arrived and I then had to pay for set up here. The other thing that should be highlighted is that ok there is duty cost but also VAT, so delivery cost aren’t actually paid as said. All in all it is a lovely mandolin I’m pleased. But I could have got the same for £100 less. Live and learn

I recently bought a Minarik Medusa here and signed up for their membership program. I was hesitant to order given the delays associated with the pandemic going around the country. I reached out to their customer service with my inquiry of shipping delays. I received a reply very promptly from Ben. His candour and tact reassured me. I placed my order and received shipping details and updates in a very timely matter as the order progressed and shipped. Again Ben was amazing at giving swift updates and answering my questions. I received my guitar faster than I anticipated and everything was accounted for and beautiful. I cannot recommend instrument alley enough to my friends and fellow musicians! Very happy I chose to order here!

Bought a Bass ukulele as well as a Banjo ukulele. Both arrived in great shape and appeared to have been well set up. Arrived in 10 days as expected.

These are very good quality for such a low price. Who ever set it up did a fantastic job.I need to work out amp settings to get it dialed in but with a new guitar set up so well I'm off to a great start with it.

Great sounding mandolin! It made me want to play again. The combo kit was an excellent value. The package arrived safely in sturdy packaging. This new mandolin was as inexpensive as a used one I was considering.
