Item played very well it did take a few days for the strings to stretch and start staying in tune more. Action was set a little low had a slight buzz but all in all I love the uke.

Instrument Alley was quick in sending out my order, but there was a communication breakdown, however, somehow I didn't receive the transaction confirmation or the tracking number. Giving them 5 stars because of their quick response when I was finally able to contact them through PayPal. The ukulele arrived in good condition and no damage.
