ordered a left handed mandolin. read a few bad BBB complaints, but all were responded to by Instrument Alley, and it seemed like customers were just being ridiculous. My order arrived in a week, at a price point lower than guitar center/musicians friend or sweetwater music. Highly recommend these guys, and will be back once i beat the hell out of this mando. Pricing was good. Good company to work with. The only negative is they are extremely hard to contact. Communication was difficult; called for several days with no answer. It took them several days to return a call. Even with the inconveniences, I would use them again.
