I am a luthier, building Edwinson brand acoustic guitars. Often, my clients want an off-the-shelf case instead of an expensive custom one, and I've always found the right cases in stock and very reasonably priced at Instrument Alley. Shipping is very quick, and their service in general is A++. I'll keep coming back!

The Guardian CG-044-OS case is fits a Martin style 000 12-fret (built from StewMac blueprints). The neck support nearest the body must be lowered 1/2 inch for the guitar to sit flat. Just remove 4 screws, remove the support, peel back the material on the bottom and sit. Two thin wood splints border the sides of the support. Put back the material. The glue will still adhere. Re-insert support and put in screws. Your done.

Geib quality at bargain basement prices. Guardian makes a very nice vintage Geib-style case. Arch top, plywood case that fits like a glove. Tolex covering, padded crushed velour interior, sturdy clasps and hinges, and a real leather handle. The only thing these cases lack is a tweed option! Highly recommended.
