I found your company to be fair; you notified my by email of the back order's, and was honest with me as to when the product could be shipped out and I got it when you said I would get it. The only thing I wish you'll would get better at, is to answer the phone, or don't put a phone number in your promo. The Oscar Schmidt OU6LCE Acoustic Electric Koa Tenor Ukulele is great, really great, and the case was worth waiting for. Thanks

Ordering a uke to Canada

Shipped my uke less than 24 hours after I placed my order. I was very pleased how carefully the box was packed to protect the instrument. It arrived with no problems and I'm enjoying it very much. Thanks instrument alley!
