The Oscar Schmidt 3/4 electric guitar is a fantastic instrument. From the packing to the setup and the strings way exceeded our expectations. Instrument alley corrected all my mistakes and made sure I got the guitar I wanted and not the one I accidentally ordered. Thank you instrument alley I highly recommend!

I ordered a Oscar Schmidt OS 300 and requested it sent to the ups store not my apartment. It was sent to the ups store as requested and packed very well. They had the best price too. My only minor complaint is that I tried to confirm where it was being shipped. I sent Emails and left messages but got no response. I had to call UPS in order to confirm where it was being sent. Apparently this is a small company and responses might take awile plus,it was around a holiday. I was not patient enough. Even a big retailer like Amazon gets complaints.
