I chose the OB5 banjo kit as I have never played an instrument, I did not want to spend a lot of money. Once I placed my order it took two weeks to receive a tracking number for the order. I tried calling with no answer on multiple occasions. I finally received a response (third attempt) via the live chat. Other than this I was very satisfied with the order and it came well packaged with no damage. I would recommend this item for beginners.

Being a Beginner, and looking at Banjos for quite some time, I decided to Purchase The Oscar Schmidt OB-5, and am Very Pleased with it. It has Great sound, and looks as good as Banjos twice the Price.

The company was slow to ship and very difficult to contact, but when items finally arrived they were as described and in excellent condition. I'm very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it. The banjo is an excellent choice for the beginner and will suit my needs many years to come.
