Let me start by saying how very pleased I am with my purchase. I am a total beginner at musical instruments. I am as novice as novice gets. I chose the mandolin to learn. I did a lot of research and found instrument alley had a complete beginner package. It was the best deal ever and exactly what I was looking for. I ordered it shortly before Christmas. To my surprise, it arrived BEFORE Christmas and in mint condition. It was packaged well; protected and nothing missing. It came virtually ready to play; the bridge set and the strings set. (In my research, I was expecting to have to do this myself) (Instructions were still provided for bridge set up) All I had to do was pop in the dvd, tune it, and start learning. I felt like I was taken care of and it was made easy for me. So, here it is, 2 months later, I'm still practicing and wanted to leave this review and tell instrument alley thank you so very much. I am more than pleased and I love my mando!
