Saga Musical Instruments celebrates the past by introducing the new BR-371 Parlor guitar. This new Blueridge is the perfect replicas of a classic, small-bodied parlor guitar built around the turn of the century. Every feature of design, workmanship and ornamentation is faithfully reproduced, but with a few modern improvements such as a slimmer, more playable neck and adjustable truss rod. Representing the top of the line for Blueridge Parlor guitars, BR-371 features stunning abalone pearl inlay around top and soundhole as well as select solid woods throughout. The most select solid spruce top is paired with solid East Indian rosewood back and sides. The BR-361 is teh same fine guitar but substitutes fine herringbone purfling for the decorative top border. Fine ivoroid binding graces the top, back and sides as well as all edges of the fingerboard. The top is select, solid spruce with solid rosewood back and sides. The BR-341 pairs a solid spruce top with solid mahogany back and sides. The binding of this mode is tortoiseshell plastic. All three models feature a period-correct pyramid-style ebony bridge with bone saddle.
